Actor JP Reddy, also known as JP, is all set to share a story that he believes will resonate with anyone who has made the transition from a village to the city in pursuit of better education. The upcoming film, Karki, will mark Tamil director Pavitran's debut in Kannada cinema. Excited about the movie, JP shares, "There are several compelling themes explored in this story, including caste dynamics and the significance of education on a broader scale." While preparing for the role has been challenging, JP discloses, "When I initially heard the script from director Pavitran, I had doubts about fitting into the character. Coming from a city background, adapting my body language to portray a local boy was quite a daunting task." To get into character, JP made significant changes, including losing weight, modifying his appearance, and adjusting his mannerisms. He emphasizes the importance of fully immersing oneself in a role as an actor.
